Lloyd writes to Head of Civil Service Sir Jeremy Hayward, querying purpose of Eastbourne visit by Secretary of State

Following a hastily called A27 meeting in Eastbourne's Town Hall yesterday, chaired by Secretary of State for Transport Patrick McLoughlin, MP Stephen Lloyd has questioned the actual purpose of the event.
